Freeze Dried Blackberries can replace fresh prepared blackberries at a rate of 9 to 1. That means that each can is the equivalent of about 4.5 pounds of fresh Blackberries. Shelf Life:  Freeze Dried Blackberries may be stored in the sealed #10 can (with included oxygen absorber packet) for 10 to 15 years under ideal storage conditions (a cool, dry place).
